OFFER: Miscellaneous Magazines

I have a few years worth of these magazines. They're headed to the DI if no one is interested:

  • Ensign
  • Friend
  • a few New Era
  • Family Fun
  • Quick Cooking
  • Taste of Home
  • Reader's Digest
  • Kiplinger Money
  • a few Country Magazine issues
  • National Geographic KIDS
Okay, let me know. I probably won't hang on to them more than a few days cause I'm trying to rearrange and redecorate...

Offer- fruit from our trees

1. Plums: the plums are small but tasty, and should be ripe around the end of july or the beginning of august.
2. Apples: september or october
3. Concord grapes: there aren't too many of these, but more than we will use ourselves. I'm not quite sure when they will be ripe, but I'm guessing middle of August.

OFFER: Goofy carafe and 3 glasses

OFFER: A Goofy carafe with three matching (approx. 7 oz) glasses. These glasses are thick glass, but can still break so they're not exactly toddler-safe, which is why we are only offering three, not four. The carafe is missing the plastic lid.

OFFER: ~18 Serving Saver containers

OFFER: Around 18 Rubbermaid (or similar variety) serving saver dishes. Some have those red stains some plastics will acquire from tomato-based sauces, and some have the small white scratchy spots where the plastic got too hot when microwaved. They'd still be safe for food, but perhaps they'd be better holding craft items, nails, etc.

Free Fur

For lease: one wiley pug who has been running out the front door, eating Robyn toys, Robyn diapers (yuck!) and stealing food from the baby's hands. Don't let his cute orby eyes decieve you... but if you want him for a day or two, he is yours.

OFFER: 15 glasses

OFFER: "Set" of glasses. It's not really a set because some have been broken in the past so it's not complete. There are three sizes, small 6(?) oz, medium 8(?) oz, large 10(?) oz. There are four small, six medium, and five large glasses.

OFFER: Fan

We have one of those square window fans that we don't need any more. I'll get a picture of it sometime here.

OFFER: Blender

OFFER: Blender. Good condition, still runs, all parts are there. I just got a smoothie maker with a spout so I don't need two blenders.

OFFER: Brita Water dispenser with 3 filters

OFFER: This Brita water filter is in good condition and works just fine; I have 3 filters for it, too. We don't need it anymore because we now have a fridge with a water dispenser. (And yes, it's taken me nearly 2 years to decide I didn't need it anymore.)

Ignatzes Freecycle Welcome!

Proposed guidelines for Ignatzes Freecycle:

1. Offer as many items as you want in separate posts unless they are a "lot." For example, post a blender, a stereo and a CD in different posts, but post a "lot" of boy clothes as one post.

2. Add a picture, if possible.

3. Titles:
To offer an item list the title of the post as OFFER:
To request an item list the title of the post as WANT:

4. To respond to an offer or a want, use the comments.

5. Anything that isn't claimed via comments within 1 week can be offered to non-family.

6. You may assume anything that isn't claimed via comments within 2 weeks isn't needed and can be offered on an official Freecycle site, put up for garage sale, or taken to the DI.

7. Please only respond to an OFFER if you're actually going to use it (not if you intend to resell it or something). For example, if someone offers some boy clothes and I take them, it wouldn't be fair of me to then resell them on eBay or Kid to Kid when the person could have done so and earned the money. ** If you OFFER something and you don't mind someone claiming it to list and make eBay money from, then please add that to your post. **

8. When possible, plan to bring items for exchange to the family Fast Sunday.

Anything else I've forgotten? (If so, please feel free to add your own guidelines.)
